I’ve tried a lot of chatbots. Some feel like glorified FAQs. Some feel like homework you didn’t ask for. Ask AI? Finally, one that actually works. Setup takes minutes, and suddenly your site has a smart, context-aware assistant answering real questions without any generic copy-paste nonsense.

I finally found some time to test out Ask AI today, and setup was ridiculously easy. I was actually a bit shocked, and second guessed if I did things incorrectly at first, but nope, it was actually as simple as the 2 minute setup video suggested. Additionally, a site visitor, it’s just as smooth: ask a question, get an answer, zero hunting around.

What I liked most:
- Instant answers from your site content; no FAQs required.
- Admin insights let you see what users actually want.
- Works quite nicely across all viewports and devices

Could be better:
- I wish there was a way to fully customize the AI agent’s popup UI; it feels a bit dated

Bottom line: Perfect for solo creators or small teams who want users to get answers fast. Quick, smart, and actually useful.

I still need to do some more testing and actually run a proper UX test with real world users, but Ask AI looks promising and could actually be a great fit for some clients' sites!

I tested the plugin on my online tech VA site.

It was fairly straight forward to setup. It synced my content without issues and was live in about 10 minutes. Most of the time was waiting for syncing of content.

I thought the chat was very good at picking up the key information on my site. There were some words that attempted to stretch some of the claims on the site but it was pretty close.

It provided some links related to my questions and it was very fast at answering.

I do not have blog content so I couldn't test random questions.

I have a plugin that lets me connect WhatsApp to chat directly with a person. It would be cool to see this plugin with also an additional feature where the person can chat with me through the widget.

AISQ have gone above and beyond with this AI Agent, but I’d expect nothing less from them. It really stands out from other similar agents as it’s so intuitive and uses the information on the website to inform itself. Feels almost human!

Initially very skeptical about 'yet another' AI tool but because this product has an awesome pedigree I decided to check it out and set it up on two large sites. "Ask AI" is phenomenal. Minus the actual syncing of my content, which is going to be different for everyone based on how much content they have, the whole process from sign-up to clicking the button to "Ask AI" and asking AI to find stuff on my site was a little under 5 minutes.

I just tried Ask AI. It did a great job of answering questions my clients would ask based on content on my website. I would have preferred that it recommend products/services instead of just my services web page based on the question I asked or pointed me to the contact page to schedule a free consultation. I also would have preferred it match up to my brand voice. Other than that, I am impressed.

I rarely post, but I'm making an exception to call this tool out. I've been "looking" for something like this for quite some time! I set up both the SEO & Analytics and the Content Search for our family restaurant. Once it showed ready (which only took a few mins), I simply asked what's the specials on the menu for the week and it parsed it out great! While I am not an SEO expert, I have many SEO tools. In comparison, this was very quick to find fixes available for the website. One click BOOM! I highly recommend giving ContentLook a try!

Very easy to set up, and aside from having an AI helper for website visitors, it solved a problem I had with standard Wordpress search plugins where people searching for items could not make typos. You can make typos with Ask AI by ContentLook and it finds the correct information regardless.
