Hi, I’m Ryan, founder of Nora, your new AI teammate for customer service. (TLDR at end)

I built Nora after spending way too many hours buried in repetitive support emails, answering the same questions over and over. I realized that most customer service tools are either overly complex or too impersonal.

  • Flags anything she’s unsure about and asks you for help once—then remembers your answer.

  • Uses a customizable confidence score to give you control over how hands-on or autonomous she should be.

My goal with Nora is simple: Make it feel like you hired a great customer service rep, without actually having to hire one. She should feel like part of your team, not just another tool.
