Rezup reviews

What 3 Uneed members think of Rezup

Most of us only see a cancellation as a number going down, so hearing the reason in the customer's own voice, in their own language, is a nice angle. Asking with one short email from the founder keeps it light, and ranking the reasons by the MRR behind them is a practical way to decide what to fix first.

Are founders mostly connecting Stripe so cancelers get one voice or text email, or starting from the MRR-ranked reason groups before they care about Slack alerts? Happy to do a free feedback recording where I walk a first cancel flow as a new user and call out anywhere I get stuck.

Mostly the first one: connect Stripe, and every canceler gets one short email asking them to answer by voice or text. That part works on day one. The reason groups ranked by lost MRR only become useful once a few dozen answers have come in, so people usually start reading them after the first week or two. Alerts come last; by then founders want to hear about a big account leaving right away instead of finding it in the weekly view.

And yes, I’d love that recording. A first-time walk through the cancel flow is exactly what I can’t see myself anymore. Record it however is easiest for you and share it here or by DM. Thank you!

That makes sense, the cancel email has to earn trust on day one before the MRR groups have enough answers to matter. Happy to do it. Grab whatever slot works for you here and I'll go through Rezup as a first-time user, including the cancel flow, and record a free feedback video on anything that feels unclear: https://betabloom.app/clarity-consult

On a job board a lot of churn is good news in disguise: a candidate who goes quiet has often just been hired, and an employer who doesn't renew may have filled the role. A classic cancel survey lumps those in with the people who left unhappy. We now ask one short question after a quiet stretch, "did anyone reply to you?", which at least tells hired apart from ghosted. Can Rezup mark a reason as a happy exit so it isn't ranked by MRR next to the real problems?

Great question, and you’re right: on a job board “I got hired” is the best kind of churn. It shouldn’t sit in the same list as “too expensive”.

Honest answer: not yet. Today Rezup sorts every exit into a fixed set of reasons and ranks them by lost MRR. A “found a job / role filled” answer would most likely land under “no longer needed”, right next to the real problems.

What I’m adding: a “goal reached” exit type. The AI tags it automatically when someone says they got hired or filled the role, and you can mark any reason that way yourself. Those exits drop out of the MRR ranking and get their own line (“12 happy exits, $480/mo”), so you can see them without them drowning out real churn.

Your “did anyone reply to you?” question already works as a Rezup question: one link, people answer by voice or text. Triggering it after a quiet stretch would come from your side (send the link from your own email or app), since Rezup doesn’t see activity on your board.

Would you want to try it once it’s live? Happy to give you early access.

A separate line for happy exits is exactly the split we were missing, and the AI tag matters more than the manual one, because people rarely say "I got hired" in those words. They write "all sorted" or "not looking anymore". Fair point on the trigger living on our side, that part is easy for us. When you tag a goal-reached exit, will the original wording stay visible next to the tag, so we can check what the model called happy?
