Meet Max, coding since age 10, building SaaS since 19. His project Beplan hit 50% trial-to-paid conversion โ after ignoring the 'go B2B' advice everyone gives you.
We're introducing each of the residents joining the Uneed Residency in Nantes, France, from May 26 to June 2.
Max followed that advice. Zero results. He pivoted to B2C, and that's when things started clicking. Four months later? Agencies started reaching out on their own ๐ .
Max has been coding since he was 10. Building SaaS products? Since 19. Six years later, he finally feels like he's onto something real.
Beplan โ a content planner for social media that helps you understand why your content works (or doesn't). Not just another scheduler. A real analytics tool.
And the numbers speak for themselves: 50% trial-to-paid conversion in March. When half the people who try your product pull out their credit card, you know the product resonates.
Distribution, as always. The product is solid โ now it needs to be seen. And more importantly, he needs to learn which data actually matters to drive growth.
Meet other founders, learn from their experiences, and work on Beplan v2 โ which promises features that are genuinely different from anything else out there. The end goal: reach a MRR that lets him hire someone full-time for marketing.
Lesson learned: don't blindly follow what the internet tells you. Do what works for you.
We'll introduce all of them before the residency kicks off ๐.
Best,
Thomas from Uneed
