JFYI
I've completely updated PayScope, including UX/UI, features, and design. Any feedback would be appreciated.
PayScope started as a side project. Then it got real users, got real feedback. The first round of work was unglamorous - mobile responsiveness, edge cases, things that shouldn't matter until they do. We fixed those.
Then we looked at the data. Users weren't checking their salary range and leaving. They were coming back, updating their resumes, wanting to know why their score changed. Two things kept appearing in feedback: people wanted to improve their resume based on what PayScope found, and they wanted to compare their profile to specific job descriptions. Those two things became the core of v2.
The rest followed: Application Pack (a tailored resume, cover letter, and interview questions for any role you're going after), multi-resume support for people juggling several versions, and a full interface rebuild.
The part that hasn't changed is why we built it. Companies have always had access to market compensation data through enterprise HR tools - they know your market value before you walk into the room. That information has never been on the job seeker's side of the table.
That's what PayScope is trying to fix.
If something feels off - a range that seems wrong, results that don't match your profile - I want to hear about it.
Read Anthropic's AI job exposure paper this week.
The number that stopped me: computer programmers have 74.5% of their tasks covered by AI in real professional workflows. Customer service reps: 70.1%.
Unemployment data since ChatGPT? Flat. But one number buried in the paper isn't.
The workers most exposed to AI earn 47% more than those with zero exposure.
The heaviest AI deployment right now is in white-collar knowledge work: customer service, medical records, financial analysis. Not the low-wage service jobs.
The number I'd watch: young workers (22-25) entering AI-exposed fields are getting hired at a 14% lower rate than in 2022. No layoffs. Just fewer openings.
That's what early displacement looks like before it shows up in unemployment stats.

Relaunching a product on Uneed, how does it work?
Hi everyone!
Last year I launched my product PayScope.ai here and it finished in 2nd place of the day.
I’m currently preparing a major update / relaunch with significant new features, and I’m trying to understand how relaunches work on Uneed:
Does a relaunch count as a separate launch, or should it be done under the existing product page?
If I relaunch, do I keep the “top product” badge and previous results, or are they reset?
What’s the recommended approach for products that already launched but have evolved a lot since then?
Would really appreciate any clarification or examples from people who’ve done this before. Thanks!
