Meet the Residents #4: Pauline 🇫🇷

We're introducing each of the residents joining the Uneed Residency in Nantes, France, from May 26 to June 2.

Picture this.

You launch a product. Two days later, the platform it's built on switches to paid-only access. The price? $42,000/month 😅.

That happened to Pauline. Lesson learned: never depend on a single platform. And that kind of hard-won experience is exactly what makes her interesting.

Her project

Pauline builds tools for realtors and online businesses. Her main project, IACrea, is a marketing solution for real estate professionals. The track record speaks for itself: 10K€ MRR, reached in a year and a half, completely indie.

Today, IACrea is mostly known in France and Belgium. The next step? Going international. And that's exactly why the residency comes at the right time — a full week surrounded by builders from all over Europe is a pretty good setting to think through a global growth strategy.
