The two problems in detail-- Planning your time Month after month I devise the perfect plan to work just the right amount of hours where I can grow my business and feed my family. The problem is, that plan is static in nature and if I work less or more hours in a day my plan is spoiled and I must take the time to update it. But as you know, time is money so I focus on the money. These things are expected, after all, but its important to communicate and set expectations with the others. Sqrlly does this through a beautiful client portal which shows each of your clients how many hours you have worked for them, when you plan to work next and if you choose a brief summary of your progress.
