Project Commander is a native Jira app that answers the question a status report cannot: will this plan land on time? It weighs remaining work against your team's real capacity through the target date, flags overloaded sprints and threatened dependencies weeks early, and gives a forecast finish date with a confidence range - for one project or a whole programme.
It is an add-on for Jira, not a replacement for it. It installs into your own Jira site and reads the projects, sprints, issues, people, time tracking and dependency links you already keep there, leaving Jira as the place the work lives. The only Atlassian products it stands in for are Jira Premium's planning and capacity features, and Rovo's delivery reporting.
What it does: a delivery forecast with a confidence range; demand against capacity tracked over time; overloaded sprints found, with Auto-Level to rebalance them in one press; dependency conflicts and cross-sprint blockers raised as alerts; What-If scenarios for velocity, scope and capacity; scope creep rebuilt from Jira's own change history; a portfolio rollup across several projects; and risk and action registers. Estimation in story points or in time. Free during beta.
