Me and my team have been using Beep for some time now. Best project feedback management tool by far. Previously, we used alternative tools like Markup & Bugherd, but made the switch over to Beep as it was much easier to use with our clients, and customer support is great. Love how you can go from sharing feedback to working on them as tasks all with one tool. Amazing job, team!
Firstly, that is one beautiful landing page!!! Love the hover effect in the hero section. This is a big change compared to what I saw back when I first downloaded the extension. Beep has been a massive time-saver for me as a project manager. I'm an early user, so I've seen it grow from where it was before. Aside from being an auto-screenshot commenting tool, you can now also take screen recordings, attach files, organize project folders, have AI suggest website edits, manage tasks on a kanban board, useful integrations. The list is endless.
Aside from sharing feedback, I use it for studies to simulatenously screenshot & bookmark webpages. I've seen other options out there, but none provide as much features at such a competitive price - they have a free plan too which is great for many.
Early user here from 2023. I work remotely and used the tool to collaborate on websites, and cloud-based documents. Automates so many repetitive things like manually taking & editing screenshots, copy-pasting urls, and creating feedback documents. In just a few clicks, you can create comments anywhere on the web, and it automatically comes with a screenshot, a URL, and a link that can be sent to anyone.
Hello Beep = goodbye frustratingly endless feedback loops with clients (I'm a website designer, and this tool makes seeking feedback from clients so much more stress-free). Allows me to have the time to actually work rather than engage in back and forth messaging.
I use Beep often - and it is far better overall compared to other tools in its category. But I have to sadly give 4 stars because the screen recording feature sometimes gets buggy and isn't able to be sent (especially if you record more than 5 minutes), so Loom is still better in this regard. Also would love to be able to have custom avatars, or have technical information displayed together with feedback for better context.
Gave the tool a try after seeing this mass of loyal advocates below. Gotta say I'm pretty impressed so far. I currently use another tool for feedback (Commented.io), but Beep clearly stands out in ease of use. My clients will love this for sure. Tempted to switch, so kudos to you Beep team!
Great to see some of the Beep fans already here (apparently I'm a tad bit late to the party)! Well, what can I say about Beep that hasn't already been said? I started using it after they reviewed my website, here's a video they made for me featuring their tool: https://youtu.be/JNT28X5j5NQ?si=ktlw30E6cyAiUgxH It's a must-have tool for non-technical people such as myself to collaborate more clearly with my website developers.
Always love a tool with an quick onboarding process. Super idea and wonderful and easy solution!! Just a little curiosity , Is there any purpose behind this naming Beep!??
As a website designer and content creator, this tool has been a lifesaver when getting feedback from both my team and clients. Appreciate that screenshot come already attached to every piece of feedback, and their dashboard allows me to manage the feedback as to-dos on a kanban board.
Avid user of Beep here 👋 Greatly recommend for those who work remotely and have a lot of cloud-based projects they need approval on from others. Because that's where most of the time in the workplace is wasted!!! After using Beep, I was able to finally allocate more time to the family.
UNEED this tool! 💯 (disclaimer: best for project or product managers, website designers or developers that work online - because I do realize it's not for everyone). This is the tool I definitely needed during when remote work became a thing.
A must-have tool for web developers out there, especially for those working remotely. Using Beep is a definite game-changer. Pinning comments directly on the website without needing multiple other tools saves a lot of time and is more understandable than sending screenshots or explaining through text. Not only is Beep useful for collaborating better with teammates, I have also used Beep to take down notes on suggestions I would like to work on some other time. Thanks Beep team for this absolutely wonderful tool!
Because of Beep, I've been able to get more clients with the extra time I have left. Iterations and feedback loops are much less stressful, and unnecessary delays are avoided thanks to concise yet clear tasks. Clients are also impressed with this user-friendly tool.
Managed to bag this tool on AppSumo as an LTD - one of the best purchases of my life. :)
4-star rating because there are rare times when comments cannot be created on certain website elements. So, it cannot 100% comment anywhere on the screen anywhere on the web, 95% would be more accurate XD Nevertheless, it's a useful tool with lots of growth potential.

My clients can easily leave feedback on my designs without us having to hop on a video call, or exchange a bunch of boring emails. Loom is great, but Beep's comments come with links to the specific page were feedback was left. I love the # and project folders, these help me save design ideas similar to pinterest. Wish you guys all the best, Beep team!
Been around since the tool was still in early development. Glad they reached out to me as a beta tester back in 2023. It has evolved from a simple web feedback/commenter to a fully-fledged "visual task manager" as they put it. It holds a lot of potential not only in the small & medium business space, but also for larger enterprises. Not sure if they have already done so, but a step in the right direction would be full GDPR & CCPA compliance. Looking forward to the features they have planned on the roadmap.
Saw this featured on the UNeed List this morning, was surprised to see quite a number of reviews already within a short time. As I myself work freelance gigs in web design, I was curious enough to try it. Now, my workday has ended and conclusion: pretty impressed with what I see so far. Collaborative workflow was definitely faster. Browser extensions are an often forgotten market today with apps and AI-tools taking the spotlight. Had to take away a star as the I felt a bit lost after registering, I'd recommend you get new users to dip their toes and use the tool for the first time while you guide them. A tool to keep an eye on for sure (one I'm keeping in my toolbar) ;)
Found this tool when it launched on Product Hunt back in December. A lot has changed since then (good things!!). They have a fresh UI packed with features (screen-recording, attaching files, progress boards, status assignments, team creation, etc.). They listen to their users. Plus, what I like most compared to other feedback solutions is you can create comments literally on any live website as you are browsing them (whereas other tools were annoying in that I had to copy-paste urls to create a project, etc. etc.) And they have the best website I've seen in ages. What's not to love?
Let's go for BEEP! 🥳🥳🥳 I see the other beep fans have already chimed in, so I wont repeat. If you're on the fence about trying Beep out, it does have a free plan with some usage limitations. But at only $9 a month per user... that's basically just a drink at Starbucks for an entire month of speeeeedy workflow. #noragrets here
Fell in love with this browser extension since its inception. I'm an avid website reviewer, and Beep has enabled the feedback exchange process to go oh-so smoothly with clients. I hear there will even be a new update where users can allow guests to comment on websites without having to register. Though it may seem like a step back in terms of acquiring users and revenue, this just proves their dedication to bringing value to their users. Happy to support them!
Have to admit, the reviews pushed me to try it for myself. Overall, pretty nifty extension - being able to comment with a page screenshot already attached upon sending was something I definitely needed. The "Option + C" shortcut key to enter comment creation mode is big plus. However, I'm not a big fan of the white-purple colour scheme... would recommend the developers build a white-label version or one where I can change the theme to a more suitable color to my likings.
Helpful for getting opinions on my art designs on my website. Meetings and Zoom calls are not needed when I have tool like Beep. More time I save to make more art projects or for my free time :)
Here to support Beep's launch on UNEED! Beep has been a frequently used tool on my browser for some months now. I recommend it for anyone who often finds themselves taking and sending screenshots to others regarding things they find on the web (i.e., errors, bugs, interesting ideas,...). I would recommend the Beep team to update their tutorial videos and help center, the UI has had a makeover since then.
Beep is an up-and-coming collaboration + productivity tool that has streamlined my creative team's workflow. It is now common at the office to hear someone shout "Just Beep It!" when told about an issue. With this tool, I'm relieved I do not need to schedule, book, prepare for, and then conduct both in-person and video call meetings. If the screenshots aren't enough, I simply add screen recordings like Loom, or attach files or even draw on screenshots to make my messages clearer. So much time and energy saved. *beep beep*
