Owelet is a financial dashboard built for indie creators and solopreneurs who sell digital products across more than one platform. If you sell on Gumroad, Patreon, Ko-fi, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Teachable, Thinkific, Buy Me a Coffee, or Whop, and you've ever looked at your combined monthly income and realized you had no idea what you actually kept after fees, Owelet is built exactly for that problem.
Every platform you sell on shows you its own revenue number, using its own definition of revenue, and accounting for nothing the other platforms charged. The result is that most creators selling across multiple platforms are working off a gross number that's significantly higher than their real take-home. The gap is usually 10 to 20 percent once you stack every platform's fees and payment processing costs together, and most people don't find out until tax season.
Owelet fixes this automatically. Connect your platforms via read-only OAuth or API key, and Owelet pulls your transaction history, calculates real net income after every applicable fee, and displays it as a single continuously updated number alongside a full dashboard. You get a per-platform fee breakdown so you can see exactly where money is going, expense tracking with receipt upload, burn rate so you know how long your cash position can sustain you, a 90-day cashflow forecast based on your real historical patterns, a geographic revenue map breaking income down by country and city, and a weekly email digest of your key metrics.
All connections are read-only. Owelet can never move money, initiate payouts, or modify anything on a connected account. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and the database uses row-level security.
Free tier connects two platforms with full functionality, no time limit. Paid plan is $19 per month for unlimited platform connections. No credit card required to start.
