Everything in a project is read together. A complaint in a review and the same complaint in a survey can land in one insight.
Three rules
Each insight opens into the exact words it was counted from: at least three items, in full, each with its source.
With fewer than ten complete responses, you see a count and no insights. One imported review, e-mail or row counts as one.
If a recalculation fails, it says so and shows the date of the last good result.
