The free tier is a real tool, not a demo - you can survey a space start to finish without paying: 1 project, 3 saved scans, 2 floorplans, and 5 Quick Scans a day, with PNG and CSV export plus a full in-app preview of the PDF report. Every live tool stays unlimited. It shows a banner ad on the browsing screens and a small watermark on PNG exports - you can clear that on an export by watching a short ad.
Pro is a one-time purchase, no subscription (about US$7): unlimited projects, scans and floorplans, the professional PDF report and full CSV export, and no ads or watermark anywhere. Anything you've already made stays fully viewable and exportable either way - nothing you create gets locked behind an upgrade later.
Requirements - Android 13+. The AR modes need an ARCore-supported device; the Floorplan tool works on any supported phone or tablet. The Play page tells you if yours is compatible.
