I used the earliest version of Ferndesk at Senja and even at MVP stage the product removed the headache of keeping documentations up to date.
Now this launch is even much better than the version I used and I can proudly say: If you are not using Ferndesk for your help center, then you are wasting precious time that could be used to improve your product
