I finally found some time to test out Ask AI today, and setup was ridiculously easy. I was actually a bit shocked, and second guessed if I did things incorrectly at first, but nope, it was actually as simple as the 2 minute setup video suggested. Additionally, a site visitor, it’s just as smooth: ask a question, get an answer, zero hunting around.

What I liked most:
- Instant answers from your site content; no FAQs required.
- Admin insights let you see what users actually want.
- Works quite nicely across all viewports and devices

Could be better:
- I wish there was a way to fully customize the AI agent’s popup UI; it feels a bit dated

Bottom line: Perfect for solo creators or small teams who want users to get answers fast. Quick, smart, and actually useful.

I still need to do some more testing and actually run a proper UX test with real world users, but Ask AI looks promising and could actually be a great fit for some clients' sites!
