Collecting video and text testimonials in one flow is the right call, since most teams give up when the recording setup gets fussy. Can the embeddable wall be filtered to only show testimonials tagged for a specific product?

On the filtering: not in the embed today. The widget is scoped to a space, so it shows everything approved in that space, and there's no tag parameter on it.
The way to do it right now is a space per product. Each space gets its own collection link, its own wall and its own embed snippet, so your product pages stay separate without tagging anything.
The hosted wall does have tag filters, but they're a control the visitor clicks rather than something you can lock to a single tag — so that won't get you there either.
It's a fair ask though, and a tag param on the embed isn't a big change. How many products would you be splitting across? If it's a handful, spaces will cover it. If it's more, I'd rather just build the filter.
