It extracts local transcripts, exact video frames, OCR text, wall-clock timestamps, and opt-in speaker diarization, so an agent can answer who said what, find specific moments, draft issues, specs, and backlogs, and produce decisions and action items with timestamped evidence.
Recordings stay on your machine. Talkthrough is open source and has no runtime telemetry.
