Honestly the best question anyone has asked me about the product.

The trick is that translation happens with context, not string by string: the whole screenshot page goes in one pass, so the headline and subtitle sound like the same person wrote them. On top of that you set the register per language (formal or casual, and it actually maps to keigo in Japanese or Sie vs du in German, not a vague vibe), plus a glossary and a one line brand voice note so your product name and key terms never get "creatively" reinterpreted.

Then the layout follows the language, not the other way around. German grows ~35% and would break your button, Japanese shrinks ~45%, Arabic flips the whole thing, and CJK needs the right font or the characters look subtly off to a native eye. Shotlingo knows that per locale.

And I'd rather be honest than salesy: this doesn't replace a native speaker glancing at your hero line. It just turns that into a ten minute check instead of a two week agency loop, and once a string is fixed it stays fixed everywhere.

Would genuinely love your read on it if you try a couple of languages, Qroole.
