The 45+ languages line caught my eye. Our job board runs in 12 languages, and the support chat gets messages in whatever language the visitor was reading, while the two of us answering really only read a couple of them. The easy questions are fine to answer automatically. The trouble is the handoff: a human gets a thread in Greek with no idea what was already promised. When Lyro escalates, does the agent see the conversation translated into their own language, or only the original?
