To answer your question directly:

Anchor/hash links: Currently, the scanner strips fragment identifiers to optimize the crawl budget and avoid redundant queries. I don't verify if the specific element ID exists on the target page.
External links (outbound links): Right now, the scanner filters out external links and focuses purely on your internal site architecture (routing, internal redirect loops, and internal 404s).

Checking outbound external links and validating target anchors is indeed where most tools get stuck, but it's high on my roadmap for future updates!
