I have really enjoyed playing around with hiring.studio's copilot so far! The future possibilities with these tool are very exciting. I believe the features on the roadmap, especially the ability to tailor questions to our company's story and values, will be a game changer. I can see this being widely adopted by recruiting teams because creating questions and rubrics for them can be a big pain!

Awesome product - especially like how you can ask the AI to tailor the q's to suit your interviewing style - will definitely be using this for my team's interview planning in future :)

This is such a cool idea! It’s hard enough coming up with good interview questions, so having an AI tool that does it based on the job description is awesome. The rubrics that show what to look for in responses are just icing on the cake.

Helps solve the never ending problem of finding new questions and how to assess those questions. Absurd voice examples make me laugh too!

An absolute must-have for any recruiting team looking to elevate their interview process!

I’ve found this interview question generator to be such a helpful and quirky tool. One thing I love is the 'absurd' voice—it throws out the most random answers with the same confidence as the serious ones. It’s actually a great reminder for me to pay attention to what candidates are really saying, rather than just how they say it haha

Very useful tool for hiring teams. I spend a lot of time thinking about the questions to ask and often fall back on standard, boring ones that often do not provide much signal on the candidate. Hiring studio immediately provided me with inspiration of great questions to ask based on the JD.
