I Built a Tool That Exports Any Framer Website to Self-Hosted Code
Framer is great for designing websites. But it doesn't let you export your code — you're locked into $19–$39/month hosting. Forever.
Framer Export fixes that. Paste a Framer URL, get a ZIP with everything. Deploy anywhere for $0/month.

How It Works
The entire engine is HTTP-based.
1. Discover all pages via Framer's built-in search index meta tag
2. Download all pages, JS bundles, images, and fonts in parallel
3. Scan JS files for dynamic import() chunks and embedded image URLs
4. Rewrite all CDN URLs to local paths (HTML via Cheerio, CSS via regex, JS via string replace)
5. Package into a downloadable ZIP
Exports take 5–10 seconds per page.

What's Preserved
Everything. We don't "convert" — we keep the exact same React + Framer Motion code:
- All animations (hover, scroll, appear, spring, layout)
- Interactive components (accordions, carousels, tabs, menus)
- All fonts downloaded locally — fully offline
- SEO metadata (JSON-LD, Open Graph)
---
One-Click GitHub Deploy
Connect GitHub via OAuth, name your repo, push. Then connect Vercel/Netlify/Cloudflare Pages for free hosting.

The Math
- Framer hosting: $228–$468/year per site
- Framer Export: $10.99 once. Host free.
- 10 sites on Framer: $2,280+/year → $109.90 total with us

Try It
letaiworkforme.com — preview any Framer site export for free.
Built with Node.js, Express, Cheerio, and ~650 lines of core logic. No framework, no build step.
Would love feedback — especially if you've hit the Framer lock-in problem yourself.
