FormSuite Choice Sync

FormSuite Choice Sync connects a selected Google Sheets list to supported choice questions in Google Forms. It is an independent FormSuite add-on, previously listed as FormRanger Pro, and is not affiliated with New Visions Cloudlab's Form Ranger.

Start with one copied form and a two-value source column: Alpha and Beta. Select the source, link one question, run Preflight, review the proposed choices, then choose Update now. Open a fresh respondent preview and confirm the expected values are visible. Saving a mapping alone is not the final result.

Use it for course, department, location and workshop lists maintained in Sheets. It refreshes choices under the form owner's control; it does not provide respondent-time dependent dropdowns, booking or inventory locking.
