Blik360

360 feedback shouldn't cost €15/seat/month. I built Blik as a straightforward alternative to Lattice, Culture Amp, and 15Five.

What it does:
- Anonymous 360 feedback with token-based reviewer access
- Admin dashboard for managing review cycles
- Built-in questionnaire templates (including Dreyfus model-based skills assessment)
- Statistical reports with configurable anonymity thresholds
- Email notifications for invites and reminders

Self-host it for free with Docker. Or use the managed version hosted in the EU for €49/mo flat, not per seat.
