The refresh and interlink part is what I'd want to see on a multilingual site. We publish one article a day and it lives in up to a dozen language folders, and the versions that never got a proper translation dragged the whole cluster down until we noindexed them. A page score that treats each language copy as its own page would happily tell us to refresh all twelve. Does Slate read hreflang and canonical so it knows a page is a translation of another one, and score them per language from their own GSC rows?
