Been around since the tool was still in early development. Glad they reached out to me as a beta tester back in 2023. It has evolved from a simple web feedback/commenter to a fully-fledged "visual task manager" as they put it. It holds a lot of potential not only in the small & medium business space, but also for larger enterprises. Not sure if they have already done so, but a step in the right direction would be full GDPR & CCPA compliance. Looking forward to the features they have planned on the roadmap.
