LeadStack has really caught my attention because it reverses the usual CRM model. Instead of renting an increasingly bloated platform forever, an agency can own the source code, host and brand the product itself, and adapt it around the way it actually works.
I’m currently evaluating LeadStack as an alternative to GHL. The combination of isolated client workspaces, reusable automations, API and webhook access, and full source ownership is unusually compelling. It appears to provide the important parts of platforms such as GoHighLevel without forcing agencies to inherit the entire platform—and its ongoing costs.
I haven’t purchased yet, so this is not a customer review. But Ben’s videos, product philosophy and willingness to show how the system works have convinced me that LeadStack deserves serious investigation. This is one of the more interesting agency-software products I’ve seen in a long time.
