Privacy-first file transfer is actually a hard architectural problem most providers ignore. They optimize for convenience (cloud backup, sync) then bolt on encryption as an afterthought. The friction you're solving - zero-knowledge means no metadata leakage, no IP logging patterns, truly ephemeral transfers. Teams that care about compliance or data sovereignty rarely have this option. Open-source architecture here is the real moat because auditable beats trust-us-we're-secure.
