"Building got easier, choosing got harder" is the sharpest framing of this moment I have seen on a landing page. The cost of shipping basically collapsed, so the real risk moved to direction. Most validation tools missed that shift and still just hand the founder a pat on the back.
What stands out here is the agent cohort. Being able to weight skeptics and budget-constrained buyers into the mix is the difference between a confidence machine and an actual stress test. The opportunity-solution tree as the core object is also a smart call, since the real founder problem is which branch to take, not a flat yes or no on the whole idea.
