I use Time Stream every day, and yes, I use Time Stream when building Time Stream!

I find that I can stay focused throughout the day, but I'm not very good at working on what I should be working on as opposed to what I want to work on. If I start my day using the Today screen for some planning, I know I'll get more of the work that I should get done - not just the stuff I want to work. It makes a huge difference!
