Been using this for ~1 week now via my SetApp subscription and LOVE IT! Recommended it to 2 friends, really works well. Whoever developed it included so many quality of life features. It turns off automatically during screenshare or meetings (auto detects all recordings), and is so friendly and positive.
i love the 'in your face' nature of the posture and blinking reminders.
All around has been the only app I've tried so far that I'm sticking with for posture and eyesight improvement. ty!!!
