Been using this tool for a couple months now. I've been a sales rep for ~10 years, and Cradle has allowed me to:
-Really focus on the conversation with the customer- being curious, engaged, authentic, knowing that I don't need to type every interesting note or response
-Receive ideas/summaries/relevant case studies LIVE on the call vs after, like other solutions

Cradle has been a big help to my sales game in allowing me to be more engaged/present in conversations.
