What I love about this is that it’s not “just another AI support tool.” And believe me … I’ve seen many … What I like is that the product creator really gets the nuance of customer support. Not just the workflows, but the actual relationship layer behind every ticket. That’s why this solution isn’t about replacing conversations. And it’s more about protecting them by letting AI handle the repetitive stuff. Big fan of the thinking behind this.
