I self-host Postiz for my own needs and I must say this is the most goated scheduling tool ever. Postiz supports a lot of platforms out of the box. Even popular and expensive scheduling tools doesn't have support for Reddit but Postiz do.

I would 10/10 recommend it to everyone who likes to stay active on all the socials.
