Fernand is a great customer support platform. It is fast, efficient, and easy to use. I love that I can see all of my customer conversations in one place and that I can easily respond to them. I also appreciate that Fernand integrates with Stripe and Paddle so that I can see all of my customer data in one place. Overall, I am very happy with Fernand and would recommend it to any SaaS company looking for a customer support platform.
