I build capabilities that didn’t exist before I arrived. Over 14 years, I’ve stood up technology functions from the ground up: a franchise support center serving 200 locations and 1,500 users, a software engineering practice inside a global consulting firm.

Most recently an adaptive-AI product organization with it’s own operating model, reference architecture and governance supporting an 11,000 member AI practitioner network.

My work keeps me close to the problem that decides whether AI creates true ROI. Not just what the model can do, but what an organization needs to change in order to maximize it’s capabilities.
