The Backstory
soup.video is built by Dhiraj Bajaj, a solo technical founder with 15 years of experience. His previous project, Story2vid.com, reached 500 users and early revenue — but exposed three hard problems: prompting UX was broken, private-only experiences killed retention, and storage costs were unsustainable at scale. soup.video is the complete redesign those learnings deserved.
