SLA Buddy is an internal tool heavily used within Supabase that got an OpenSource spin-off.
It works by enforcing the SLA preemptively with set rules within Slack Channels, helping your support team be aware of SLA deadlines and pushing them to meet them. The tool was open sourced and has integrations ready for Zendesk and Freshdesk and instructions to set up Grafana Oncall.
