Great for improving e.g. onboarding and letting users know about new features.
Also nice tools for gathering feedback through different channels, e.g. contextually with micro surveys, or feature requests more formally with roadmaps. And also the good old feedback widgets that hovers exactly where you would expect, i.e. at the right side of the page
