Hello, I'm Jan and I started building finio.live because I was tired of managing finances in Excel spreadsheets that quickly became chaotic, hard to maintain, and not flexible enough for real everyday life. What began as a personal tool slowly turned into a full project that I continue to build and improve every day.
It is my own vision of what personal finance management should look like — simple, fast, clear, and actually useful. The platform helps people track transactions, manage accounts, monitor spending, plan savings goals, visualize financial progress through charts, and even calculate a personal financial score that reflects overall financial health and habits. I’m developing the entire project myself, from backend logic and database structure to frontend design and user experience. Every feature is created based on real problems I wanted to solve for myself first — and now for others as well. My goal is to create a modern alternative to Excel and overly complicated finance apps. Something that gives people a real overview of their money without unnecessary complexity, while still offering advanced tools for users who want deeper control over their finances.
