MEASURE, SEGMENT AND ALIGN

Measure distances, angles and paths directly in 3D. Separate regions of interest and refine their boundaries. Align two scans and compare them in a fused view. Export measurements, labeled volumes, 3D surfaces and registration transforms for further work.

EXPLORE IN PHYSICAL SPACE

View linked axial, coronal and sagittal slices, or position an oblique plane at any angle. Keep the plane fixed or let it follow your viewpoint. Explore curved structures, thicker slices and intensity profiles, with PET color maps and SUV readouts for calibrated studies.

WORK TOGETHER

Explore the same case with SharePlay. Choose editable or read-only participation and whether to keep session annotations.

CONTINUE YOUR WORKFLOW

Import DICOM, NIfTI and NRRD volumes. Exchange compatible files with 3D Slicer and ITK-SNAP, including volumes, annotations, segmentation label maps and ITK registration transforms. Batch assistants support repeatable registration workflows and export step-by-step records.
