## About

SnagRelay is bug reporting built for AI coding agents.

Add one script tag and your app gets a Report a bug button. When a user hits it, SnagRelay captures what a developer would otherwise have to ask for: the element they pointed at, the console error with file and line, the failing request and response, the steps to reproduce, the browser and window, and a short session replay.

Then you type fix SHOP-142 in Cursor, Claude Code or Codex. Your agent pulls the full report over MCP, reproduces the bug, proposes the change and marks it resolved. The person who reported it gets a plain-language email.

What you get

- Evidence, not screenshots. The element, the error, the request, the steps and a short replay on every report.

- An MCP server for your agent. It can fetch a bug by key, search open bugs, pull one full request body, read similar past bugs and the changes that fixed them, and close the ticket.

- Users install nothing. No extension and no account for the reporter.

- Privacy by default. Passwords, tokens, cookies, auth headers and emails are redacted in the browser, and nothing is sent until the reporter presses Send.

- Your tracker stays the source of truth. Reports go to Jira, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps or Trello, or to your inbox if you don't use one.

Works where you build Next.js, Vite, Lovable, Bolt, v0, WordPress and plain HTML. It also has a WordPress plugin for agencies, a React Native SDK for mobile testers, and a Chrome extension for staging sites and client sites.

Pricing There is a free plan with 1 project and 25 reports a month, and no card is needed. Paid plans start at $12 a month billed yearly. Pricing is per project, never per reporter.

Who it's for Developers shipping with AI agents, indie hackers and small teams, and agencies who are tired of "cannot reproduce".
