RawQuotes reads written feedback and groups what keeps coming up into named insights.

How feedback gets in

- A short survey on any page of your site, with one script tag

- A CSV, Excel or JSON file. Google Forms, Typeform, Tally, Google Play reviews and Google reviews have presets

- Pasted text: e-mails, chat transcripts, call notes

- The API, from n8n, Zapier, Make or your own code

- An AI assistant over MCP: it can create a survey, add items and read insights, each quote with its response ID so it can be checked. No tool deletes anything. How it works

Everything in a project is read together. A complaint in a review and the same complaint in a survey can land in one insight.

Three rules

- Each insight opens into the exact words it was counted from: at least three items, in full, each with its source.

- With fewer than ten complete responses, you see a count and no insights. One imported review, e-mail or row counts as one.

- If a recalculation fails, it says so and shows the date of the last good result.
