Pocper is a client-management workspace for small client-service businesses — clinics, studios, agencies, law and accounting firms, coaches, tutors, and contractors.

Build a document template in a block editor — headings, text, dates, file uploads, checkboxes, signature blocks — then share it as one link or QR code. Clients fill it in a browser with no account, usually on a phone, and progress auto-saves as they type. Every response files itself into that client's folder automatically.

Four document kinds sit side by side in the same client folder:

Form — the client fills and submits their own copy

Data — one copy, co-edited by both sides

Agreement — read-only for the client, plus a confirmation that locks it

Publication — one document everyone reads, like a price list; edit once and everyone sees the current version

Every client has a Shared zone and an Internal zone. Which zone a folder sits in is what decides client visibility — there is no per-document checkbox to forget. Clients reach their Shared zone through one portal link: a single-use email magic link, or a durable per-client QR code that needs no email at all. Access is revocable per client, or for everyone at once.

Real-time collaboration runs on Yjs CRDTs, so a staff member and a client can be in the same document at once. 41 industry template collections ship ready to use, across 14 languages.
