## About

Phoneless Garden puts a calm pause in front of the apps you choose. It is not a blocker: you can always close the app or continue, and neither choice counts as failure.

How it works
1. Open an app you chose. A pause appears before the app does, with your time on these apps today and two buttons: Close App or Continue.
2. Choose your time. The app opens for the minutes you pick.
3. When the time is up, the pause comes back, even mid-scroll. Close the app, or take a few more minutes.
4. Before more time, there is a short breath and a question. Then you choose your time again.

The second pause is the one that matters most. It comes back when the time you chose runs out, the moment a quick check usually turns into a long scroll.
