Every plan includes a built-in AI assistant — even the free one. It answers visitors 24/7 from a knowledge base it drafts by reading your site, and hands off to a human when it's unsure. Human conversations are unlimited on every plan.

Manage conversations from a clean dashboard, or reply straight from Gmail — a visitor messages your site, you hit Reply in your inbox, and your response lands in their chat widget in real time.
