A photo at 11pm. A decision before midnight.

A tenant texts a photo and one line: "is this bad?" Somebody on call has to decide. Tonight, or first thing in the morning?

fixRAgent reads the photo and gives back a Triage Profile:

- What it is: the problem, named in plain words

- How urgent: from "can wait till the next business day" up to "emergency"

- Who to call: plumber, electrician, HVAC and so on

- What to tell the tenant: the message, already written

fixRAgent is headless. Your team doesn't have to learn a new system. Send the photo to one endpoint and the same Triage Profile comes back as JSON, ready to drop into your work orders, your queue or your own app.
